Research On Stakeholder Management Of Urban Waste Classification And Promotion

General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that garbage classification is related to the improvement of the living environment of the whole nation,and we should speed up the implementation of the garbage classification system.At present,the classification of municipal solid waste is being carried out all over the country.The purpose is to improve the coverage of garbage classification,let the public consciously put the garbage into the classification,form a good living habit,and classify the garbage in the terminal,so as to realize the comprehensive utilization of the waste resources.In the process of the classification and promotion of municipal solid waste,it is affected by various stakeholders,such as government departments,sanitation workers,clearing companies,terminal treatment plants and so on.At the same time,the garbage classification and promotion will also have positive or negative effects on these stakeholders.How to effectively manage these stakeholders is urban life.The key to the success of the classification of garbage is the success.This paper,using the method of project management,analyzes and studies the stakeholders of the classification and promotion of municipal solid waste from the interest related parties: first,to identify the stakeholders.First,the main stakeholders are identified according to the project scope plan of municipal solid waste classification and promotion;then all the processes of this project are determined,through SIPOC process analysis,the input and output of the process are analyzed in combination with interview,expert judgment and mind writing,and then the provider and customer are obtained and the city is as comprehensive as possible to identify the city.The stakeholders of the classification and promotion of domestic waste.Second,analysis of stakeholders.First of all,we use expert judgment,interview and brainstorming to determine the important aspects of the project,such as interest,effect and influence,and then score the important aspects of the stakeholders;finally,according to the results of the analysis,the classification and sorting of the relevant parties are obtained.Third,put forward theproposal of the project.Based on the previous classification and sorting,a series of management measures are put forward,and the relevant parties are managed from different levels,and suggestions are put forward for the classification and extension projects of municipal solid waste.Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all stakeholders,and strive for the greatest degree of support,so that they participate in the project actively.Through the implementation of this project,we hope to establish and improve the operation mechanism of the classification work of municipal solid waste in China,realize the comprehensive utilization of municipal solid waste resources,make people form the good habit of classification of garbage,and improve the comprehensive cultural accomplishment of the people of our country.At the same time,promote the project of the government work,decompose the tedious work into several projects,let the government staff decompose the work task according to the project goal,be responsible to the person,be beneficial to the completion of the target,realize the quantitative assessment management,and improve the work efficiency.
