Nanchang City Garbage Management Dilemma And Countermeasures

The progress of The Times is reflected in the material needs.Nowadays,people’s material needs are becoming more and more abundant,and the types of commodities are also emerging in an endless stream.The rich and colorful life brings about the huge production of garbage.Many cities have seen the phenomenon of "encircling cities with garbage".Therefore,the problem of urban waste management has become the top priority at present.At present,"blue sky" has become the focus of provincial governments,ecological protection is imminent.At present,our country has a large population,but the share of resources is relatively low,how to make waste harmless treatment and effective use of resources has become the first problem we need to solve.According to a data of China’s ecological environment,up to now,2/3 of the large and medium-sized cities are facing the dilemma of "garbage siege",and 1/4 of the cities have no suitable places to pile up garbage;However,there are still many municipal solid waste not classified,and not according to the provisions of the release,resulting in mixed loading and transport,and finally mixed treatment.This paper mainly takes Nanchang waste treatment plant as the research subject,analyzes and summarizes the difficulties faced by Nanchang waste management.In collaborative governance theory and under the guidance of the theory of recycle economy,from the waste classification,waste handling and spatial distribution of the stink from analysis of Nanchang garbage management difficulties faced by,found that the current Nanchang waste management faces a weak consciousness of waste classification,waste plant layout is not science,lack of scientific way of garbage disposal,and other problems.According to the existing problems of waste management in Nanchang,this paper draws lessons from the management model of domestic household waste in Germany and the successful experience of waste classification in Zhejiang jinhua,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures.By giving full play to the role of the government,enterprises,residents,social organizations and other main body,finally realize the Nanchang waste management ideal model.Throughout the full text,the thesis consists of six :The first chapter is mainly an introductionand and analyzes the innovation and improvement of this paper.The second chapter introduces the related concepts and theoretical foundations of this paper,including theories of waste sorting,garbage disposal and public governance,and sustainable development.The third chapter analyzes the removal volume and treatment methods of the larger garbage treatment plant in Nanchang,and expounds the overall situation and specific performance of the Nanchang waste treatment plant on the basis of field investigation and demonstration.The fourth chapter combines the above-mentioned status to analyze the predicament and causes of garbage disposal in Nanchang,including the impact on nearby residents,society and the country.The fifth chapter is domestic and foreign experience.The sixth chapter puts forward the countermeasures of garbage treatment in Nanchang according to the above problems.The seventh chapter is the summary and prospect of the full text.
