Study On Classification Management Of Municipal Solid Waste In Xining City

With the acceleration of urbanization,the economy developed rapidly,the continuous increase of population,the consumption level of urban residents has been greatly improved,a variety of social and economic activities will produce a large number of garbage.According to statistics,2/3 of the cities in the country are in the center of garbage,more than 500 million square meters of area is eroded by garbage every year,and the direct economic loss is as high as 30 billion.The next 30-50 years is the peak period of population and urbanization in China,and it can be predicted that the transportation system and transportation capacity of municipal solid waste will be seriously challenged.At present,most cities in China still adopt the traditional mixed collection and transportation,centralized treatment undefined mode of domestic garbage collection and transportation.With the development of society,the disadvantages of this model are becoming increasingly prominent,not only unfavorable to the source reduction and utilization of garbage,but also greatly increases the disposal cost and may cause secondary pollution of the environment.As a great province of ecological protection in the whole country,the classification and management of domestic garbage is relatively late,and the classification and disposal of domestic garbage is the first priority.The garbage classification in Xining is still in the pilot phase,and how to study the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions through the analysis of the current situation of the classification and management of the waste is the urgent need to think and solve for the management workers in Xining.to have a hand in hand.This paper adopts the technical route of "putting forward questions","supporting theoretical basis","empirical analysis","summing up" and "conclusion and countermeasures and suggestions".Through literature analysis,empirical research,in-depth interview and other research methods,this paper analyzes the present situation of classified treatment of municipal solid waste in Xining city,and obtains the difficulties and existing problems it faces.By learning and drawing lessons from the advanced experience of domestic and foreign municipal solid waste classification and treatment,combined with the reality of Xining City,this paper tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems,so as to make new progress in the classification and treatment of municipal solid waste in Xining City.
