Chinese jewelry industry since ancient times,the development of modern,has formed a complete consumer culture system.At the same time,the improvement of national living standards for jewelry consumption threshold significantly reduced,jewelry consumption,is no longer a wealth of the family's patent,but into the ordinary people.According to the survey,the current consumption of jewelry in China,has become the following housing,car and other consumer hot spots after another big emerging consumer hot spots,industry transactions and transaction size continued to grow.After China's accession to the WTO,the trend of trade liberalization in the market strengthened,leading to the jewelry industry in the free trade environment gradually mature,the industry appeared within the benign competition and industrial structure adjustment and other benign phenomenon.But with the results of the corresponding,the new era of the market competition environment,fierce business competition,the ever-changing consumer trends,innovative consumer behavior and other factors,may be the future development of the industry to a certain degree of constraints or guidance,Which poses new challenges for the advancement of the jewelery industry.Based on the internal and external environment of its operation and development,this paper uses SWOT to analyze the data,and draws some problems in its operation,and puts forward the current situation of China's small and medium-sized jewelery enterprises Are likely to face common problems,and thus targeted to put forward some strategic programs and specific reform measures.Of course,the company's strategic decision-making,the external environment of many elements are constantly changing,corporate decision-makers should pay attention to changes in the environment,seize the opportunity to meet the challenges;at the same time should also clearly examine their own strength,Learn from each other,keep making progress in order to compete in the fierce market share of a place.To this end,according to the results of SWOT analysis,the use of a combination of strategic matching method,developed a satisfied that the future development of jewelry company strategy:aggressive strategy.In this paper,through the strategic analysis and analysis of the business situation and future development of Xinna Jewelery Company,some feasible concrete decisions are put forward,which will be helpful to the future development of some small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.Expect the domestic local jewelry brand can combine their own reality,play a cultural advantage,the use of unique elements to promote China's jewelry market continues to flourish.
