In this paper,SH company's internal and external environment and development strategy for in-depth analysis and research.First of all,the development of the theory of the development and evolution of the situation,strategic management analysis,development,implementation and strategic evaluation and control theory,as well as the theory of strategic management analysis tools,such as theoretical research status.Secondly,the macro environment of the industry of SH company,plumbing pipe sealing products and fluorine plastic products industry competition environment and internal resources,core competitiveness and value chain are summarized,and the use of SWOT development tools for SH company conducted a comprehensive strategic analysis.Finally,using the theory of strategy analysis on the development strategy of SH company were compared with the selection scheme,the initial development of the future development strategy implementation stage and implementation steps,and developing strategic security and specific control measures are put forward from the perspective of enterprise organizational structure,human resources management,technology management,financial management,enterprise culture management etc..Through the research of this paper,we draw the following conclusion:First,SH company after more than and 10 years of development,in the plumbing seal products in the establishment of a "King" brand,and won a series of product patents,won the majority of customers.In recent years with the domestic plumbing pipe seal series main products:raw materials with excess capacity,the market space is gradually diverted,and fluorine plastic products market share is still relatively low,the development of SH company in the next 2-3 years is a threat.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of SH,to determine the SH company for seizing the opportunities and weaknesses,and strive for greater development of the SO strategy.Second,based on the analysis of the development environment of SH company,this paper puts forward the company's development mission,vision and overall objectives.The overall objectives include:implementation of alternative raw materials with the raw materials for production in the next 7 years;become leaders to develop new technology and products of domestic fluorine plastic products technical standards;provide overall product solutions for customers,increase customer switching costs;high-end customersbusiness income accounted for the total turnover of more than 40%.In the comparison of the company's development strategy,we choose the intensive development strategy,and put forward the three stages of the implementation of the development strategy based on the current situation and the implementation steps.This article through to the SH company development strategy analysis,may provide the reference for the domestic other PTFE industry enterprise development strategy.
