This thesis developed a kind of ceramsite recycled concrete which could meet the requirements of construction and the strength by using environmental friendly ceramsite,recycled fine aggregate and cement.It set up the experiment of 42 specimens to study the physical,mechanical and thermal properties.Then the concrete was used to develop 390x190x190 mm hollow block with single-row core.the physical,mechanical and thermal properties of the block were studied by experiment of 69 specimens and theoretical calculations.in addition,18 masonry specimens constructed of hollow block was to study its mechanical properties.The main research results are as follows:1.the damage interface of the concrete is formed from the destruction of ceramic aggregate.along with the increasement of replacement ratio its density,compressive strength,heat transfer coefficient show a trend of decrease.But under the same replacement ratio,The specific value of axial compressive strength and cubic compressive strength is close to 0.9.The uniaxial press stress-strain curve are similar to those of normal concrete.ceramsite recycled concrete of 100%replacement rate has characteristics of guaranteed strength,energy-saving recycling and light green,low coefficient of heat transfer.2.Hollow block failure is brittle.Along with the increase of replacement ratio its bulk density,compressive strength,heat transfer coefficient show a trend of decrease,but its strength still meets the requirements.Hollow block with 100%replacement rate has its density of 711 kg/m3,the strength to MU5.0,heat transfer coefficient of 1.322W/(m·K),thermal inertia D value of 5.30,and satisfy energy consumption request of constructions.it is a new wall materials with environmental protection,recycling,light weight and good heat preservation and heat insulation performance.3.Axial eompression failure of Masonry specimens is similar to ordinary masonry.It is divided into three failure stages:the first visible cracks,crack development and brittle failure.but cracking load is 70~90 percentage of ultimate load.Its strength decreases with increasing replacement rate,the strength of theoretical calculating value is lower then experimental value.the average compressive strength of correction expression based on test results is available.
