Due to the aging of Chinese construction workers,the enhancement of building quality and the rising energy of building,according to the requirements of the "13th Five-Year" plan in China,most provinces and cities have already made strong regulations on the assembly proportion of commercial buildings.some places have even risen it to 75% because of the unique advantages of the assembly architecture.For the commercial residential buildings,there are some disadvantages of a significant deadweight,high cost and some certain impediment to the re-planning of reasonable housing,for most of the commercial residential buildings are assembly concrete prefabricated components.The lightweight and easy hoisted assembled concrete masonry has a large market.For the self-built residential buildings in the rural areas,masonry structures was chosen numerously for its economic factors.In this essay,the development and situation of existing concrete block masonry,and the present research and application of the existing block masonry are summarized.Nowadays,the improvement of majority assembly type masonry walls is in the block type or the artificial masonry method.The building of wall masonry still depends on skilled workers,but not the real mechanization,integration,factory assembly.In cooperation with Hengyuan group in Guizhou,this essay has introduced the real mechanized masonry building masonry wall with the German masonry wall machine.Without vertical joints in mechanical masonry walls,the mechanical properties of the lengthened concrete block masonry walls are mainly studied in this paper,as follows:(1)the compressive mechanical properties of the lengthened concrete block masonry were tested.The compression test of three groups with 18 specimens was carried out,and the compression performance of the specimens with different masonry and vertical grey seams was compared The failure mode,failure feature and ultimate load of the specimen under pressure were understood.The elastic modulus and constitutive relation were obtained by theoretical analysis,and the experimental results were compared with those of the standard.(2)The shear mechanical properties of the lengthened concrete block masonry were tested.the performance of different masonry and vertical grey seams was compared through the double shear tests carried out through three groups of 27specimens.The failure mode,failure feature and ultimate load of the specimen under the stress condition are understood.The force of the specimen is obtained through theoretical analysis,and the comparison between the test results and the standard results is made.(3)The finite element simulation(FEM)test of the compression and shear mechanics of the specimen is carried out.Separate model and integral model are established respectively.The fixed ends,the material properties and the interface contact,the unit separation,the loading mode and so on are set on the reasonable assumptions of actual situation.The compression shear simulation of the mechanical masonry specimens with known material strength is simulated,and the simulated values are compared with the standard test values;then,several specimens of different material strength are simulated.The simulation values are compared with the test values,and the test is supplemented to a certain extent.
