| Ceramisite,with light and thermal insulation,is made from industrial slag;Waste concrete is reprocessed to be a new building product,so that the waste resources are reused and some environmental problems are solved at the same time;polystyrene foam is lightweight and insulation,on the other hand,it is also nondecomposable garbage,improper handling can cause haze.In this paper the study is launching on how to recycle these three waste materials.By producing the concrete of ceramisite,recycled sand and polystyrene particles,Exploring the molding process of this new material;By the 7 groups compressive strength test of 42 cubes,prisms on the new materials,testing their strength and stress-strain curves,creating charts to analyze the three materials on physical and mechanical properties of the new concrete;Through 4 groups with a total of more than 160 new hollow blocks and performance test of them,Studying its hollowness,moisture content,bulk density,compressive strength,flexural strength,compressive strength of masonry and other features;Through a mix of new material in 7 groups of 14 thermal protective plate test,Studying its thermal insulation properties.In this paper,the main researching results are as follows:(1)Through multiple research,then find a suitable match to the concrete of ceramisite,recycled sand and polystyrene particles,the original construction process is suitable for this new material.(2)By analyzing on basic properties of the new material,it has been significantly effective to reduce the density and the intensity,but it also achieve a minimum strength 13MPa;explore the new material stress-strain curves of the law,found that recycled fine aggregate the incorporation of its favorable ductility.(3)Mixed with polystyrene particles may significantly reduce the density of the hollow blocks,so that it can help to reduce the weight of the wall;the lowest strength grade of the block of the polystyrene hollow particles is rating of MU3.5,and the highest intensity level of MU7.5,all of them meet the requirements of the non-load bearing walls.(4)Incorporation of ceramisite and polystyrene particles,the fenders specimen of the new material has been greatly improved,that can achieve a good thermal insulation effect.Through experimental researching of this article,We found that under the basic mechanical properties’ conditions of the new hollow block,Ceramisite and recycled sand can be one hundred percent used,and try to increase the dosage of polystyrene particles.That not only maximizes the recycling of waste resources,but also makes the new hollow blocks lighter and more thermal insulation. |
