Research On The Management Of Classified Garbage Disposal In Wuxi

“Reducing,resourcing and harmless” living garbage is the general requirement of the domestic living garbage disposal,as well as an important content for the coordination between resources and the environment and the sustainable development.With the economic development,humans have consumed huge amounts of resources,conducted the large-scale production,consumed in large amounts,and produced wastes in huge quantities as well.What's more,the total quantity of urban life garbage has shown the momentum of increase year by year.As a result,garbage classified disposal is the best countermeasure to turn these garbage from the waste to the treasure,so as to implement the resourcing of garbage.And the studies of garbage classified disposal administration has become the hot spot problem in every domestic city.With the domestic characteristics of the large population,board territories,and enormous urban differences,the barrier of garbage classified disposal has emerged.In addition,different methods are applied due to different basic situations even between the cities.My analysis is based on the method of literature review,comparative induction,field survey method,from the living garbage collector system,the management policy,fiscal investment,propaganda,etc.,of Wuxi living garbage classification status quo and the existing problems and reasons.And drawing lessons from other domestic and foreign urban living garbage classification based on the experience of advanced economic cooperation,through the combination of theory and practice,analyses the currently living garbage classification management present situation and problems in Wuxi.At last,countermeasures are proposed for these problems and reasons.
