| Based on these issues that current BOF slag-free tapping system valve body replaced every valve body 12 furnace which replacing a high frequency,and the traditional way of time-consuming manual disassembly,low efficiency,poor security and others.This thesis analyzed the factors of inefficient removing artificial way of steel door,and conducted the research of Steel Door Auxiliary Removing System with a joint venture together.In development,proposed the overall program of Steel Door Auxiliary Removing System according to the characteristics required on removing.To achieve devices to complete the Steel Door disassembly functions,reformed Excavator Stick based on FZXD200 crawler excavators platform,which through configuring Multi-DOF rotational joints.Design of mechanical gripper and Nut disassembly components.To conduct design selection of Steel Door Mechanical parts,compared the advantages and disadvantages of a variety of Nut disassembly program,and then determined to use program of using Four Typhoon gun remove nut simultaneously.Also conducted design selection of Nut disassembly components.Designed three-dimensional modeling components by Application Creo2.0 3D modeling software,analyzed the situation of interference,and complete outsourcing of manufacturing and procurement of all components.To solve the problem of disassembly door remote operation,special designed a removal operation of the auxiliary door positioning system using ultrasonic ranging system to achieve the docking parallel door,the door and the use of video to achieve visual point positioning.Finally,completed the assembly of the auxiliary door disassembly system and assisted the demolition system debugging under laboratory conditions.Steel door auxiliary split system testing conducted several door disassembly in a laboratory environment,test results showed that:(1)System running safely,Reliably.(2)The driver Participated in the test after a certain number of exercises controlled the time in about 10 minutes.Greatly improving the efficiency of dismantling the door.Indicating that this Auxiliary disassembly system meets the requirements of design. |
