In the electrolytic cell workshop of an electrolysis branch of a metallurgical company in China,the anodic copper produced by thermal refining is further purified by electrolytic refining,and valuable metals are recovered.Manual operation of the bridge crane is used in the production process to complete the lifting work of the plate,and the driver needs to communicate with the ground command personnel to complete the accurate docking between the plate and the target electrolytic cell,which takes up a lot of human resources.In order to realize the remote supervision of the electrolytic workshop,reduce personnel and increase efficiency,At the same time,the automatic positioning control of the local bridge crane and the remote monitoring of the workshop condition by the monitoring center are realized.This paper upgrades the monitoring system of the bridge crane in the electrolytic cell workshop of the electrolysis branch plant.The main work contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the workshop layout of the electrolytic cell is re-planned in this paper.The electrolytic cell workshop is mainly divided into three production areas: anode-cathode assembly area,finished product peeling area and electrolytic cell area,and the electrolytic cell area is redivided according to the workshop layout information and the size of the electrolytic cell,and the data information of the electrolytic cell area is inputted into the PLC program DB block for calling.Then according to the layout of the workshop after replanning the overall scheme of the bridge crane monitoring system design.Secondly,based on the replanning results of the electrolytic cell workshop layout,the monitoring mode of the pylon head tracking and shooting of the gripper of the bridge crane is proposed.According to the monitoring target,determine the installation location of the head and the functions to be realized in the design of the head.Complete the camera selection and use Solid Works software to assist the mechanical design of the pylon head adjustment mechanism and the selection of servo motor.In this paper,the tracking track modeling and algorithm of the trunkhead are studied with the trunkhead tracking and monitoring grips of the bridge crane as the target.Combined with the numerical differential method,two tracking algorithms of equal spacing discrete points are proposed.According to the bridge crane monitoring system overall scheme to complete the workshop required hardware system overall design.Finally,based on the above research results,the remote control positioning crane monitoring system PLC control software design and touch screen monitoring software design,and the system is simulated and verified.Through the research results of this paper,it can satisfy the remote monitoring of bridge crane in the electrolytic cell workshop,and can greatly reduce the occupation of human resources in the workshop production,and save the cost.In addition,the design of the system has left a margin,which can meet the needs of future technology upgrading and equipment supplement.
