Steel door in steel works from time to time need to be replaced.The way to replace the door now is to wait for the door to cool to a certain temperature range,then relies on human labor to disassemble and install the door.It is difficult to ensure safety and efficiency in such a complicate condition of smoggy plant for workers and production.This paper presents a use of the robot work platform with assistant positon system.Workers can grab the steel door in cage when operates at actual work.Since the steel works are usually inundated with dust result in low visibility,and the front end robot parts block the work vision,causing the workers cannot determine the actual position of the door mount,making it impossible to accurately achieve the door disassembly.To solve these problems,this paper proposes a solution that install a disassembly robot positioning system,which is similar to a car reverse image of the operation to provide accurate information to the driver.This system consists of a video surveillance system and an ultrasonic ranging system,video surveillance system uses for providing video,and ultrasonic ranging system applies to determining the relationship between the position of the plane door plane and the robot work.The door disassembly robot-assisted positioning system of this paper is developed by Kingview software including user interface and communication of the video surveillance system and ultrasonic ranging system.Using a common video controls for video input display when upper computer communicates with video surveillance system;the communication of upper computer and ultrasonic distance measurement is accomplished by exchanging the dynamic data of DDE and serial communication to achieve.And the rack of video surveillance and ultrasonic sensors are designed in Pro/Engineer,then equipped them with working platform.ANSYS Workbench thermodynamic analysis is also given,the analysis of the temperature distribution of the machine use for consider the case of the heated parts and electronic components.
