With the improving of the science and technology,the product update speed accelerating,a surge of waste products lead to a series of environmental problems and serious resource waste.Remanufacturing by high and new technology can be retired back to the product's performance or more than the original product performance,and it is one of the effective ways to recycle the surplus value of the waste products.Disassembly is the key step in the remanufacturing,according to the degree of product disassembly,disassembly is divided into complete disassembly and selective disassembly;According to whether the disassembly task is synchronous,disassembly can be divided into parallel disassembly and serial disassembly.Since the only part of scrapped products can be remanufactured and reused,so the selective disassembly of the serial and selective disassembly are suitable for parallel remanufacturing disassembly of engineering practice.However,compared with selective serial disassembly,selective parallel disassembly has the advantages of fewer disassembly steps,shorter disassembly time and lower disassembly energy consumption.In this paper,based on the parallel genetic algorithm to support the remanufacturing disassembly sequence planning method and its application are studied,mainly finished the following work:(1)The Disassembly Hybrid Graph Model(DHGM)was built,aiming at the problem that it is difficult to construct and modify complex mixed chart for product disassembly,it will be layered and simplified.(2)To improve the efficiency of remanufacturing disassembly,a selective parallel disassembly sequence planning method based on genetic algorithm was proposed,and parallel to remove the mixed figure into incidence matrix and adjacency matrix and constraint matrix;The method of obtaining the initial disassembly solution set of the target component in the goal-driven inference method is proposed,and the initial population is constructed,and by using incidence matrix to eliminate an understanding as to improve the convergence speed of the algorithm;The evolutionary rules of selection,crossover and mutation were improved,and the optimal parallel disassembly sequence of the target components was obtained.(3)The disassembly of large and complex products often needs the cooperation and parallel disassembly of many people to complete,in order to simulate the real work situation,this paper proposes a multi-person collaborative parallel disassembly sequence and human task planning method based on genetic algorithm.Aiming at the characteristics of the problem of multi-person collaborative parallel disassembly sequence and human task planning,a multi-layer chromosome coding method including nodal layer and human constraint layer was proposed,and the initial population was obtained quickly through the relationship rule model of nodal layer and human constraint layer.A chromosome fitness calculation method based on disassembly set is proposed.The task sequence of each worker and the time cost of disassembly sequence can be accurately calculated by chromosome evolution.(4)The remanufacturing disassembly planning software system was developed based on MATLAB,and the disassembly experiment was carried out on the engine of Passat B5 automobile test bench of the research group,which verified the feasibility and rationality of the method proposed in this paper.
