Elementary Discussion On Unisex Clothings

This paper starts from the perspective of gender awareness in the research of asexuality clothing,and then discusses the meaning of physical and spiritual gender.Also,the “appearance” of asexuality clothing is achieved through the case analysis of both generation process of asexuality clothing concept and its historical forming process in costume history.Briefly speaking,the design details of “male and female” are mixed,splicing and blended in the physical appearance,while it is fuzzy,hard to distinguish,abstract and free from vulgarity in the concept.The evolution process of asexuality clothing is presented in the way that points are connected into a surface so as to explore the size features of asexuality clothing,including the color,pattern,shell fabric,silhouette,design thinking and design methods in the physical dimensions.In addition,it also explores the reasons for the formation of asexuality clothing in social dimension,which mainly included the feminist thinking,the political reasons for two world wars,and the psychological changes generated by both the development of social productivity and the progress of human ideology.Based on the awareness of the concept and culture of asexuality clothing,it makes a further analysis of its generation and development trend and influence.Besides,the comprehensive application and experimental attempt of the shell fabric,silhouette and pattern with asexuality characteristics are adopted in the practical design so as to conduct a further innovation exploration of the scale of asexuality clothing.
