Over the last decade,as China’s growing domestic production level of control and management,enterprise puts forward higher requirements for production. This article focused on the Design and Study of Polyurethane reactor and monitoring system.Research originated in the background of Anhui Anli Synthetic Leather Company’s polyurethane production projects. As a industry leading enterprise of Polyurethane synthetic leather, it raised new requirement for polyurethane production monitoring and control system. Project team designed and remodeled a new polyurethane reactor monitoring system after communicated with the company.The new polyurethane reactor monitoring system firstly cooperate PLC with kingview. A variety of sensors collect the parameter signals in the production process.After analysis and treatment to the PLC, kingview based on PLC output signals of the upper unit---state interference display.According to configuration interface appears on the production,workers control and manage the production of polyurethane.Monitoring system as a whole,is designed to embody the idea of DCS control system,and realized dispersion control and centralized management of the production process.This research focused mainly on three areas:First,the monitoring system overall plan design; Second,the monitoring system in the design of hardware circuit part; And thirdly,the design of monitoring system in the software section.In the design of monitoring system,first proposed plan in this article achieved through modification of low-voltage distribution cabinet material pump a common problem, and the anti-interference design of the system were introduced.At present,the polyurethane reactor monitoring system,which is researched in this article,has been put into production and use in the enterprise,and operating stability,ood results. |
