| The requirement of CBM drilling irgs of our country is increasing along with theincreasing of exploitation of coal bed methane. The technology, production andmanufactuirng capacity of CBM drilling irg in our country is backward compared with theEuropean and American developed countries. At present, our country mainly adopts importedequipments, old shallow oil rigs and coalifeld drilling machines, etc. These devices are unableto meet the domestic market for the urgent need of CBM dirlling irg. Thus, the developmentof CBM dirlling irgs with our own core technology is of great significance.This paper put forward a new solution of CBM drilling rig, rack and pinion CBM drillingirg, through sufficient survey and analysis of the structure, function, characteristic, maintechnology parameter and the trend of development of typical CBM drilling irgs bothdomestic and overseas. Rack and pinion CBM dirlling rig adopts car transport, full hydrauliccylinder drive and top dirve dirlling. This device can drill deviated and vertical well andenhance the capacity of deviated and horizontal well drilling by pressurized drilling.According the design requirement of CBM drilling irg, the structure design wasaccomplished in this paper. The3D model of the drilling rig was established with SolidWorkssoftware. And, the static finite element check of the key accessories were analyzed withSolidWorks Simulation to ensure the security of this CBM dirlling irg.Based on the dynamics mathematical model of rack and pinion engagement,themechanical dynamic mathematical model of the hoisting system is established in this paper.The dynamic characteristic of hoisting system is acquired by the simulation with mechanicalsystem dynamics simulation software ADAMS and analyzed in different loading and runningspeed of hoisting system. |
