In order to enhance the management of underground locomotives, improve the operational efficiency of the locomotives and ensure the smooth flow of underground transport line. The author established a mine locomotive positioning visualization system in GuYi Mine of GuangXi FoZi Mining Co. Ltd.That allows managers to accurately grasp the whole mine locomotives operation. This system allows the locomotives run scientific, rational and effective. Thus, reduce downhole motorcycle accidents, and improve overall mine production efficiency.In this paper, combined with the Guangxi FoZi Mining Co. Ltd. Gu Yi mine operation, using RFID personnel positioning system of existing technology as the foundation, made the following design:One is the design of the FoZi mine locomotive positioning visualization system PC software using Kingview6.53software, including the design of hardware and system software underground. The man-machine interface of PC image mainly by the boot screen, the main control screen and monitor screen composition, the visualization system operation results show that the two interface. Running through the screen switching all-round monitoring to the underground locomotive system interface management personnel from Inoue scheduling room big screen. Two is the use of Kingview6.53software application system animation connection function and various variables defined on the database and various command language to achieve the main control screen of locomotive in drawing as well as other elements of animation; for the map in the animation connection interface connection settings and pop-up, and set the command language; in addition to the real-time and historical statements are set.The three is to protect the system to run smoothly, by creating SQL server data mapping table, the configuration of ODBC data source, access manager in the establishment of record new associating the field and the software of SQL server database in the variables in the SQL configuration software. At the same time the locomotive location visualization system of the mine under FoZi interface through the Web release, so managers an arbitrary network in any place on a computer through a IE browser, can view the underground locomotive before operation. |
