Substance-field analysis,as an important problem analysis tools based on the function,is a visual tools to use graphics and symbols to express relations between system elements and an important content in the TRIZ and widely used because it describes system simply.However,the application process of substance-field analysis is quite macroscopical and nonrepresentational,and lacks a comprehensive and highly applicable process model,and unable to solve innovative problems efficiently.Aiming at the current problems,the paper analyzes the existing research deeply and builds the technological innovation process model based on substance-field analysis by combining with the standard solution and AFD on the basis of substance-field model transformations,the model provides powerful theoretical tool for improving enterprise core competitiveness and product innovation.The main contents of the paper include the following several aspects:1.Enhancing the operability in the process of substance-field analysis application by researching on problem solving process of substance-field analysis,determining the priority analysis of basic substance-field model by calculating functional levels,perfecting substance-field model transformation rules and reclassifying the former three kinds of standard solutions accordingly.2.Applying reverse thinking way in AFD to substance-field analysis and building substance-field model transformation rules of the product failure prediction on the basis of analyzing and researching on the AFD,which forms a failure prediction method based on substance-field analysis.3.Building the model of technological innovation process based on substance field analysis,including definitions of problem,determinations of models,solutions of the design,failure prediction of the design and the improvement of scheme of design,which provides a new thought for theory of innovation design.4.With the product innovation process model and the requirements,designing the garlic peeling equipment,which verifies the results of theoretical research is scientific and correctness.
