To make the crude oil more lightly and improve the added value of it are the most important things for heavy oil processing.Research was done to find an optimal processing route for Huajin Brazil VR,this was expected to give a guide for the actual production.For solvent deasphalting?SDA?experiment,propane was used as the solvent,the effect of temperature condition on extraction yield and quality of the product from Brazil VR were investigated.According to the experiment experience,temperature is the most important influencing factor in the solvent deasphalting process,so the pressure was chose stable at 5MP,the solvent ratio was 4,and the extraction temperature was 6080?,the separation temperature of the second stage was 7090?.The experimental results show that the yield of the DAO gradually decreases with the increase of the temperature condition,the yield of the DOA is gradually increased,but for the HDAO the regularity of the yield is not obvious.The removal rates of CCR reached greater than 82%,and the removal rates of Ni and V could reach more than 93%,for the asphaltene,the removal rate was greater than 99%.But for the S and N,the effect of removal is a little poor.Regarding to DOA,With the increase of the yield,the soften point decreased from 93.5?to 68.3?,the needle penetration ranged from1.3×10-1 mm to 6.1×10-1 mm.Considering the yield and the quality of the deasphalting product,the optimal operating conditions of propane solvent deasphalting process were applied as:solvent ration 4 by weight,pressure 5 Mpa,the extraction temperature 75?and the separating temperature 85?.Under the selected conditions,the yield of the LDAO was 30.3%,by furfural refining,the feasibility of producing lubricating oil was studied.In accordance with the experiment experience,the refining temperature was 110?.The refining grade was 2.The results showed that the CCR of the LDAO decreased from 3.01%to 1.31%,the saturate content increased to 70%,the viscosity index increased from 33 to 83,and the alkane-naphthenic content reached 68.1.There is a possibility to produce lubricating oil.As for the DOA and HDAO,on one hand,blending them with Brazil vacuum residue and Guangxi slurry oil,we could get AH-30?AH-50?AH-70 and AH-110 paving asphalts which meet the standard in the GB/T 15180-2000.On the other hand,by delay cooking,we could get 65.7%liquid product including gasoline?diesel and wax oil.Comparing the economic benefits of the intergrated processing technology route,the final determination of the processing route was SDA-HDT-Cooking,which resulted in 82.6%of the liquid products such as gasoline?diesel and wax oil,and could bring 1161?/t of economic benefits,greatly enhance the added value of raw materials.
