Our country is energy consumers, per capita consumption and demand is increasing, and oil this nonrenewable resources increasingly scarce, and crude oil, heavy qualitative trend is growing larger. Meanwhile, the country’s oil prices in the price of the increasing demand for driver of relation, presents the trend of increased year by year. So, for refining enterprise that, heavy oil processing highlights the thinner more and more important. Solvent to take off the pitch is one of the effective ways of heavy oil thinner. It and other heavy oil than processing methods, is a pure physical extraction) process, is carried out under the low temperature, not destroy the original structure of heavy oil, income to take off the pitch in high yields oil, carbon residue and heavy metal content is low, provides good catalytic cracking second processing of raw material.This paper first plant construction necessity, according to technology selection, construction, the construction of compliance policy position suitability, personnel quantity, operation consumption level, safety risk assessment, environmental impact assessment, technical and economic evaluation of the construction of changqing petrochemical company take off the asphalt equipment solvent feasibility study, and then based on the actual effect of plant operation, to the actual process parameters and the influence of catalytic cracking unit of the downstream effects of analysis, and to verify the feasibility of the device.The results of the study show that:the project, construction and the actual production operation are feasible.
