| Slurry from 3,000,000 t/a resid fluid catalytic cracking (RFCC) unit in PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company is 180,000~240,000 t/a. At present, RFCC slurry is mainly used as blending composite for heavy fuel oil, but it is not a reasonable way. On the other hand, with the sky-rocketing increase of road construction in the western China, asphalt products from Lanzhou Petrochemical Company can not meet the increasing market demand. As vacuum residue from the 400,000 t/a butane deasphalt process with Xinjiang mixed crude oil as feedstock, the deoiled asphalt has the disadvantages of higher softening point, lower penetration degree, especially ductility of low temperature can not accord with the standard of heavy traffic road asphalt. Therefore the deoiled asphalt has to be visbreaking treated to become the commercial heavy oil, which decreasing greatly economical benefits of refinery.According to the present processes in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, two new processes were designed to solve the above mentioned problems, one is RFCC slurry-furfural refining process and the other is solvent deasphalt-furfural refining process with vacuum residue and RFCC slurry as the feeds.With the first process, the influences of the solvent ratio on the qualities of refined oil and extract oil, and the influences of extract oil as a blending component on the qualities of asphalt were taken to be investigated especially. Except for the influences of RFCC slurry ratio on the qualities of deasphalted oil and deoiled asphalt, the desirable process operation condition for deasphalted oil's furfural refining and the catalytic cracking performances of deasphalted oil and solvent refined oil and the aromatic rubber filling oil were also investigated with the second process. The experimental results indicate that the quality of refined oil obtained from RFCC slurry after proper furfural refining was improved evidently, with the content of saturated hydrocarbon increased from 30.97% to 59.37~67.97% and hydrogen-carbon ratio increased to 1.75~1.77, and can be used as catalytic cracking feedstock; the extract oil with the aromatic hydrocarbon content among 76.21~79.22% and the density (20℃) among 1075.8~1098.0kg/m~3, can not reach the required standards of aromatic rubber filling oil; as a blending component, extract oil can improve markedly the ductibility of asphalt products at... |
