GMGX is the world's largest optical material manufacturer,GMGD(a state-owned enterprise under China ordnance equipment group).The company mainly engaged in optical glass components processing and manufacturing.Since its establishment in 2001,GMGX has experienced more than 10 years of development,and the salary system of productive employees still follows the traditional model in the past,which directly affects the stability and work enthusiasm of productive employees,and cannot be applied to the development requirements of the company at the present stage.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of the salary system of GMGX company's production staff,combine the theory of human resource management salary design with the investigation and demonstration,analyze the existing problems in the salary system design of GMGX company's production staff,and put forward the specific plan and practice of improving the salary system of production staff.Suggestions are put forward to scientifically design the salary system of GMGX company's production staff.The research methods mainly include literature research,direct observation and questionnaire survey.The content of the research is mainly three aspects.First,it elaborates the connotation of the compensation system,relevant theories and existing practical experience support,and clarifies the basic research ideas of improving the compensation system for productive employees of GMGX.The second is to describe the general situation of GMGX company and the status quo questionnaire and survey of the compensation system for production employees.Third,based on the summary and analysis of the problems and reasons,and combined with the nature of GMGX company and the characteristics of the post of production employees,to optimize and improve the compensation system of production employees of GMGX company.The ultimate solution of this paper is to improve the salary system of GMGX company's production staff,to realize the development of GMGX company's production staff salary system and company's strategic objectives,to stabilize the staff,to stimulate staff's work vitality and self-potential,so as to improve the social core of GMGX company's sustainable development.
