Based On The Coupling Model Of The Coordinated Development Of Economy And Environment In Hebei Province

With the development of China’s social economy,China has made remarkable achievements,while the natural environment has also been badly damaged.With the environmental pollution getting increasingly severe,the government has paid more and more attention to the environmental protection,Then now sustainable development has become a basic national policy in our country.In recent years,Hebei has made great economic and social achievements which inevitably leads to the environmental pollution and ecological degradation and so on.The rapid economic growth has put a lot of pressure on the resources and environment,so to make coordinative development of economy and environment is becoming more and more important.From this aspect,studying the coordinative development of economy and environment in Hebei has great significance for the sustainable development of economy.According to the detailed analysis of the data of the economic and the environment from 2000 to 2014,the article finds the problems existing in the relationship between economic development and environmental protection,and points out the necessity of the coordinative development of economy and environment.And then,based on the actual situation of the coordinative development of economy and environment,the author puts forward the suggestions that can be used to promote the current situation.This paper,according to the theory of sustainable development,circular economics and a large amount of data chart,uses the method of the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to describe the overall situation of economic development,from aspects of the economy,the industrial structure,the patterns of economic development of Hebei.And based on the related data of environment in recent years,the article analyses the environmental quality of Hebei,selects the index of economic system and environmental system,and uses the coupling model and coupling coordination degree model,to make analysis of the coordinative development of economy and environment.The results show,on the whole,the coordination of economy and environment in Hebei is on a rising trend,but overall level is not high.Therefore,Hebei should,on one hand,maintain the economic development,on the other hand,increase the investment in environmental governance,and formulate reasonable policies.Only in this way can the Hebei’s coordinative development of economy and environment go into a better stage as soon as possible.
