With the development of oil and gas development technology,the fracturing of oil and gas wells has almost become a necessary means of increasing oil production and unconventional resources.Accompanied by the widespread application of fracturing in oil and gas wells,environmental problems are getting more attention.The high cost and the difficulties of treatment of flowback fluid,the waste of water resources,environmental pollution have become urgent problems.At present,the main treatment of flowback fluid is to send flowback fluid to the sewage treatment plant to carry out the conventional water treatment,then discharge it after reaching standard.Such treatment is not only costly,but also a great waste of water resources.This paper mainly focuses the perspective of conservation of water resources.If we use the fracturing fluid recycled after treatment in fracturing operations,we could not only utilize the waste,also can make full use of the reversion of fracturing fluid drainage in effective components and save some additives in the recycling time.In this paper,we took the fracturing fluid flowback fluid samples from the piedmont area of Tarim Oilfield wells as an example to do in-depth analysis of the composition of flowback fluid.Also,we did an in-depth analysis of flowback fluid effective and ineffective ingredients through the classification of flowback fluid components and the characteristics of oil and gas field of Tarim Piedmont region.Analysis found that the suspended solids discharge has a great influence on mixture of flowback fluid.Through investigation and experiments,we found that did filtering repeatedly using filter papers indoor could achieve very good results.In the actual application in the processing site,sand filtration or coagulation sand filtration would have much better effect.Further studies show that residual ions and cross-linking agent in flowback liquid can also cause great influence on the treatment.Controlling the PH value and adding complexing agent GL-47 S can effectively solve the two problems at the same time.This paper provides some theoretical basis for the field application and the development of supporting facilities.A set of fracturing fluid flowback treatment method has been developed and the formula has been optimized.As the flowback fluid passes through the formation erosion,it has good compatibility with the formation.In the performance evaluation,the flowback fluid got after treatment shows better performance than the original fracturing fluid.In this paper,the indoor research provides a theoretical basis for the field application and the research and development of supporting facilities.
