Research On Treatment Technology Of Fracturing Flowback Fluid At Jiangsu Oilfield

At present,the oil and gas reservoirs need effective stimulation techniques,and the hydraulic fracturing operation is the most widely used.Along with the increasing production of oil,the problem of environmental pollution caused by fracturing and rearranging fluid in hydraulic fracturing is increasing.Therefore,it is impossible to ignore the treatment of frac.In this paper,three fracturing Wells in jiangsu oilfield(6-34 well,cui pier 2-22 well,flower X42 well)fracturing fluid flowback as the research object,first of all,its basic performance(COD,liquid viscosity and suspended solids content and scope,the types of oil and emulsion particle size,liquid pH,ion type and total salinity,water interfacial tension)test system analysis,and fracturing fluid flowback were studied using scanning electron microscope microstructure morphology.Second,the screening of coagulant and flocculant and conform to the requirements of the kinds of synergistic formula,determine the corresponding technological process,in order to effectively reduce the content of waste liquor of related pollutants.Studies have shown that the initial viscosity of fracturing fluid flowback in jiangsu oilfield,COD,pH were higher,and middle viscosity of fracturing fluid flowback,pH is relatively low,unable to mix two kinds of fracturing fluid flowback site,different dosing method of water treatment technology is adopted.Pier early/mid-2-22 well fracturing fluid flowback YUPC and XNJ17 distribution processing,COD,suspended matter,oil and liquid viscosity,can be directly into the unified wastewater treatment system.Flowers early X42 well fracturing fluid flowback after pretreatment and filtering,flower X42 mid well fracturing fluid flowback after YUPC after pretreatment with NF 1 to filter,its processing ShuiJunKe directly into exercise unified treatment of sewage treatment system.This study puts forward the method of flocculation precipitation,separation and filtration,the pollution in the process of fracturing fluid flowback get effective control,and improve the efficiency of the oil companies waste liquid treatment.Fracturing fluid flowback in jiangsu oilfield as the research object,complete the indoor processing experiment,the treated water can be directly into the sewage treatment system for unified handling.
