Oil fracturing flowback fluid is a kind of waste liquid produced by fracturing method used in oil exploitation.This waste liquid is composed of many chemical substances.If it is not treated,it will lead to a large number of bacteria,and the toxic metal ions in it will pollute the land and water source,causing unpredictable consequences.Therefore,a kind of oil fracturing flowback fluid treatment system is studied Water resources can be reused or recycled to achieve the purpose of environmental protection.Today's oil production plants are located near oil production points.In order to facilitate centralized data processing,i.e.industrial informatization,and realize "multiple equipment and one platform",remote monitoring function is added to the system to make it suitable for variou s distributed control systems and meet the national "industry 4.0" call.Firstly,the oil fracturing flowback fluid treatment system is designed.According to the composition of the local backflow liquid,the "physical +chemical" method is adopted for treatment.The physical method mainly uses sedimentation,stratification and filtration methods.The horizontal flow oil separation sedimentation tank,direct injection sludge remover and fine filter tank are designed.The chemical method mainly uses flocculation,oxidation reduction method and ionization method.The multifunctional water purification integrated machine and composite pretreatment tank are designed.Then,Omron's programmable logic controller(PLC)is used as the central controller of the system,and the touch screen is used as the upper computer.In software programming,the adaptive fuzzy PI control of water pump speed is realized by using PI control and fuzzy control theory,and the simulation and actual test are carried out.The data transfer unit(DTU)of macro Electric is used to connect PLC to make it have networking function.Tencent lightweight application cloud server is used in the centralized monitoring platform,in which Kingview is used as configuration software to draw pictures.Finally,web server is used to publish remote monitoring web pages to realize remote monitoring function.Finally,the whole system is tested,including the program simulation test,the hardware reliability test of the whole system,the function of water fre e real machine test equipment,the stability test of water filled machine test system,the actual production test and the remote monitoring function test.The experiment shows that the system designed in this paper can realize the design goal and function,and has reliability.
