Tight oil and gas is an important part of unconventional oil and gas resources in China,and hydraulic fracturing is its important means of reservoir reconstruction and development.With the increasing development scale,the environmental risks of hydraulic fracturing become increasingly prominent,and the problems of water resource consumption and pollution of flowback fluid need to be solved urgently.In order to reduce the impact on water resources,most oil fields currently adopt the method of fracturing backflow treatment and reuse to reduce water consumption and pollution risk.Therefore,it is very important to study the cleaning treatment technology of flowback fluid.In this paper,the calculation model of fracturing water consumption is first established,and the water consumption of fracturing in China is evaluated and calculated according to the model.Combined with the situation of tight oil and gas and water resources in China,the fracturing water bearing potential in typical areas of tight oil and gas is calculated and analyzed.According to the study,China has abundant tight oil and gas resources and huge consumption of water resources for fracturing development,so the overall planning of water resources carrying capacity in typical regions should be combined.At the same time,the overall amount of fresh water can be greatly reduced by the measures of reuse after the cleaning treatment of the reflux fluid.At the same time,this paper investigated and analyzed the pollutant composition of fracturing flowback fluid and the water quality change rule in different flowback stages,summarized different treatment standards and key treatment effect indexes,clarified the requirements for treatment of fracturing flowback fluid,and laid a foundation for the selection of related cleaning treatment routes and corresponding technologies.On the basis of the above studies,this paper combs out individual cleaning treatment technologies,and puts forward a list of general cleaning treatment processes and technologies in combination with the water quality characteristics and treatment standards of fracturing backflow fluids.An evaluation system of optimal technical index for clean treatment of fracturing flowback fluid was established.It provides a complete thought and analysis method for optimizing treatment technology of different fracturing backflow fluid.
