| With the continuous development of reservoir, the well completion quality is required higher, and even higher to well completion packer. This due to the high temperature and high pressure wells comprises an increasing proportion. Oil and gas well completion job are generally use the permanent packer, which used more pitching to suppress the mode setting. The THT packer is the most widely used in this mode. In this paper, the mechanical behavior of the various parts of well completion packer is analyzed. The main contents of this paper as followings:Firstly, setting position of well completion packer requires more precise, it generally within five per thousand and needs to avoid casing coupling. The packer and pipe string connected together into the well. With the changes of temperature and pressure,pipe string axial deformation will occur. Concerning each action of the deformation, this paper analyzes the mechanics of all the action, deduces the equation of pipe string axial deformation, and then make the packer string into the desired location under actual lengthSecondly, Secondly, well completion packer good sealing performance is a prerequisite for normal completion and the subsequent mining operations. The sealing rubber tube as a core component of packer, directly affects the sealing property of packer. This paper got the setting force and maximum working pressure differential of the packer, according to the stress state and deformation of the sealing rubber cylinder, derived the deformation amount of the sealing rubber in three different deformation process. All this provide the basis for setting operation.Once again, the packer slip as an important part of packer sealing, the slip to supporting packer and locking rubber tube. The THT packer uses reversing double monolithic slip. The paper carries on the force analysis and strength check of the underground slip, gets the minimum stress of making slips damage. There is some damage for casing after features long period. According to the finite element analysis, the contact stress between slips and casing is get. It has instructive function to slip packer improvement and selection. |
