With the development of livestock industry,livestock manure has become the main pollution source in rural areas.The main trend of treating livestock manure is converting them into biogas and fertilizers by implementing centralized and large-scale anaerobic digestion(AD).However,the lack of proper collection-storage-transportation system for livestock manure significantly restricts the stable operation of large-scale AD plants.In this research,the main problems associated with livestock manure pollution control,and especially the collection-storage-transportation system,was systematically analyzed based on the situation of Shandong Province.A dynamic management model for collection-storage-transportation network was constructed,combining both linear and dynamic management.In addition,the collectionstorage-transportation system(the 1st level),the treatment and bioresource production system(the 2nd level),and the products distribution and utilization system(the 3rd level)were integrated into a cloud platform to achieve the dynamic management of the collection-storage-transportation system.Furthermore,the model in this research was demonstrated in Feicheng City,Shandong Province.The collection-storage-transportation of livestock manure took both environmental and economic benefits into consideration.It was proposed that the layout of centralized disposal centers and transit centers should be determined using the artificial field potential theory.For the collection of livestock manure far away from disposal centers,the collection-storagetransportation equation was established on the basis of breeding scale,density,and collection radius,which was optimized to figure out the site distribution of AD plants in different regions.To solve transportation relevant problems,it was proposed that the neural network model modified by genetic algorithm was suitable for the dynamic management and path optimization of transportation vehicles for the livestock manure far away from the disposal centers,while the potential field and ant colony algorithm combined model was suggested for those around the disposal centers.In this research,the three level cloud network platform was established,which incorporated internet,internet of things and cloud technologies into the livestock manure collection-storage-transportation system(the 1st level),the treatment and bioresource production system(the 2nd level),and the products distribution and utilization system(the 3rd level)to reduce the cost and improve the management efficiency.Moreover,the collection-storagetransportation system was successfully demonstrated in Feicheng City,Shandong Province.
