In recent years, the scale of livestock and poultry breeding gradually expands, with intensive degree gradually enhancing,that poultry excrements pollution from livestock and poultry breeding has become more and more serious, the pollution of water, soil, atmosphere, biological and human coming from livestock and poultry breeding have attracted people’s attention.Based on the field investigation, data collecting, mathematical statistics analysis, analysis spatial distribution characteristics of livestock manure production in Hohhot. Calculating the land carrying capacity and early warning value of livestock and poultry in Hohhot. Then analysis how to deal with the dung. Analysis comprehensive treatment of cow dung mode. The results are as follows:(1) Livestock and poultry manure emissions of Hohhot showes a tendency of increase year by year, but the 2012-2013 has a trend of decrease.(2) The difference of livestock and poultry dung emissions is obvious different. The total amount of cow manure pollution and conversion to standard cow dung is the biggest.(3) Livestock and poultry dung emissions are significant in different regions.Thmote county is the largests, followed by Helingeer county.(4) load of livestock manure is uneven distribution. Maximum carrying capacity of Saihan area is up to 69.13 tons/ha. The actual carrying capacity of livestock and poultry breeding for an average is 1.58 cows/ha.(5) The average R value is 0.58 in Hohhot City. load warning level is ii. 2/3 county area load warning value is greater than 0.45.(6) Methane gas production mode is more obvious affected by temperature. Treatment of wastewater oxidation pond model results are not up to the standards.
