Control Research On International EPC Project Control Of Oil Enterprise In China

With the national “Belt and Road” initiative and the gradual improvement of China's foreign contracted projects,the scale of China's foreign contracted projects is expanding day by day.There are not only old-scale large-scale engineering enterprises in China,but also many small and medium-sized enterprises in emerging fields go abroad to the world.For a long time,China's foreign contracted projects are mainly distributed in the fields of housing construction,transportation,petrochemicals and electric power.Since the introduction of the “One Belt,One Road” initiative,the number of new contracts signed between Chinese companies and neighboring countries has increased year by year,mainly in Laos,Singapore,Myanmar,Thailand,Malaysia,Cambodia and Indonesia.China's foreign engineering contracting usually adopts more traditional engineering contracting methods.In recent years,as Chinese enterprises continue to carry out overseas construction,many large international companies have cooperated with each other to build engineering projects.For example,the Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline Project,which was undertaken by CNPC Overseas Engineering Group,GE mobilized local teams along the route to assist in project communication.Natural gas imported from Central Asia was connected to the West-East Gas Pipeline,benefiting more than 500 million people..With the increase in the number of foreign contracted projects undertaken by China,the reputation of Chinese enterprises in overseas markets has also increased.At the same time,however,Chinese enterprises are also facing many problems in the process of foreign contracted projects.In view of the high risk,long construction period,large capital occupation and many uncertain factors of the EPC project,the project control work of the EPC project general contracting has become a problem that Chinese enterprises need to pay attention to.Based on the concept of international engineering general contracting project,the use of more engineering models and the basic theory of project control,this paper takes the performance and achievements of Chinese petroleum companies in the international EPC project general contracting as a reference to find China's international EPC project.The problems existing in the general contracting project,combined with the case of China's petroleum enterprises in the PP project in India,analyze the problems from the internal environment of the project control and the external environment,and draw on the concept of the whole life cycle to analyze the total EPC project of China's petroleum enterprises.Contracted project control measures.
