With the development of China's economy and the increasing number of construction projects,engineering survey technology has attracted more and more attention.As an important building material,the flexural property of cement is a hot topic.The existing cement bending equipment is basically mechanical scale display,rough manufacturing,large error,tedious test process and poor repeatability,so it is difficult to carry out the sample test strictly according to the relevant national standards.Therefore,this paper puts forward a cement flexural performance testing system based on ARM as the main control hardware platform of the system,ATmega64 as the hardware platform of the executive unit and WinCE as the operating system.The system is designed from two parts,hardware and software.The hardware part mainly includes the power module,the touch screen display module,the storage module,the force value acquisition module,the speed regulation module,the WiFi communication module and so on.The software part mainly uses the MFC to develop the application program based on the WinCE operating system.The communication protocol selects the Modbus protocol.The fuzzy PID regulation technology is used in the control algorithm,the fuzzy rules are used to adjust the parameters online,and the parameters are adjusted in real time by PID technology.At the same time,the control of the step driver is realized by the high precision frequency correction pulse width modulation technology,and the load of the cement is guaranteed in the whole test process.The paper based on the ARM design of cement flexural performance testing system,completed the hardware selection and circuit design,written an application based on the WinCE operating system,and set up an experimental platform to test the system as a whole.The test results are within the design error range,and the system can run stably for a long time.The stability,real-time and measurement accuracy of the cement fracture resistance testing system were improved.It has greatly compensated for the shortcomings of the traditional cement bending tester.
