Cement is an important raw material,and its application is.more and more widely.Cement flexure testing machine is one of the important instruments for flexural strength of cement.With the development of the society,the original machine in such aspects as control,precision,data processing has been difficult to meet the needs of users.The purpose of the research is to design a measurement and control system which can be accurately and real-time display by the upper machine to collect signal.So we design cement flexure testing machine based on embedded Linux to improve the data processing ability and the control precision of the system.This topic begins from cement composition,development status,development trend and the advantages and disadvantages of the machine.In this paper,the process of system design is divided into two parts,hardware design and software design.The hardware design part mainly includes LCD module and USB module and so on.Through the sensor to realize the purpose of collection of data,to analyze,process and display the data.Through the modular design,the measurement and control system,has realized the purpose of precisely measure and process the flexural strength of cement and display the desired effect.The accuracy of the measured data meet the requirements,and achieve the automatic control.
