| With the "Internet +" concept put forward,welding technology as a metal connection of the basic technical methods,it is inevitable to carry out information technology upgrades.Welding machine as a necessary tool to achieve metal welding,from the previous analog power welding machine,upgraded to digital power welding machine.In the information technology and the extensive application of microprocessors,single-chip control of digital power,obviously in the field of welding played an important role.With the popularity of SoC system,it is the digital welding machine directly into the information technology era.In the traditional welding production process,the welding manager only through repeated visits and record the welding process voltage,current and weldment temperature and other parameters,and then compared with the welding standard parameters to achieve real-time monitoring and adjustment of the welding process,to improve the quality of the product.Industrial field bus has been widely used,so that welding and welding process management into the information age,but also has its inherent shortcomings,industrial field wiring complex,fieldbus protocol is varied,resulting in a lot of practical inconvenience in the application.In the "Internet +" environment,the traditional industries of welding need to complete the Internet upgrade,not only can facilitate enterprise management,and can improve the welding efficiency.Based on the above situation,this paper aims at the demand of information management of welding process of welding machine,and designs the network monitoring system based on WiFi.The system completes the unified management and real-time monitoring of the welder in the welding shop by means of a combination of wireless(WiFi)and industrial fieldbus.the system access each welder to server management system thtough wireless network In units of workshop to achieve the welder and welding process for unified management and real-time monitoring.In the boot state of the welder,can be real-time view of the welding process voltage,current and regular storage of data through the Web monitoring system,when the welding parameters beyond the alert value,the system can pop-window alarm.In addition it can also set the welding parameters,set the welding machine can only be run in accordance with fixed parameters.This paper designs and implements the software,hardware part and monitoring system part of WiFi-based welding machine network monitoring system.According to the traditional industrial bus and welding machine monitoring defects,analysis of system requirements,design system framework and system workflow.According to the different communication protocols,the serial protocol frame and the Ethernet communication frame are designed respectively.Analyze system network protocols and discuss and design functions and networking of embedded gateways,servers,and Web systems.The system adopts the modular design idea,designs and realizes the hardware and software system of the embedded wireless gateway and the monitoring system software of the server side respectively.The server-side software design includes embedded gateway middleware,Web server interaction with the gateway middleware CGI program and database system.Finally,a Web monitoring system based on B/S architecture is designed.Designed the welding group management,welding machine running status and welding status real-time monitoring,monitoring abnormal alarm,historical data query and welding parameter setting function,and these functions in the form of Web visual interface presented to the user. |
