Study On Water Environmental Treatment In Cangnan County

In current years,with the progress of society and economic development,the contradiction between water environmental problem and the development of society and economy has become increasingly prominent.The situation of water environmental treatment has become increasingly severe.How to deal with the harmonious coexistence between water environment and the development of society and economy will be an important cornerstone to achieve the social and economic development of a country or a region.Cangnan County is located in the "South Gate" of Zhejiang Province.It is a big oceanic county with a large population in Zhejiang Province.It is also Zhejiang's main channel and bridgehead of economic and trade cooperation with Taiwan.There are total 1,970 provincial,municipal,county,and town river courses.The total river channel length is 2,327 km,and the rivers cover the area of 29.5 square kilometers.From the overall situation of Cangnan,as a Jiangnan Watertown at the forefront of reform and opening-up,it has encountered problems of economic development and water environment management,just like most areas with rapid economic development.There are many existing problems to face in water environment treatment,such as imperfect governance system,unclear governance subject,unscientific governance mode,insufficient participation of public power,etc.By means of learning from the successful experience of water resource treatment at home and abroad,this thesis conducts the exploration from many aspects,including system perfection,system construction,market mechanism,and enhancing public participation so as to shape a good situation of coordinative development among economy,society,resources,and environment.There are five parts in this thesis.The first part focuses on the introduction.It explains the background as well as the significance of the selected subject,and overviews the current situation of domestic and foreign researches;the second part is the analysis of relevant concepts of the water environmental treatment,theoretical basis,and the analysis of treatment mode so as to lay a foundation for analyzing and solving problems;the third part is to introduce the current situation of Cangnan water environmental treatment,which expounds from the current situation of Cangnan's water environment,governance situation,and the existing problems respectively;the fourth part is to draw lessons from the domestic and foreign water environmental treatment on Cangnan County's water environment treatment,and obtains the enlightenment to Cangnan County's water environmental treatment;aiming to the existing problems,the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to establish and perfect the comprehensive treatment of Cangnan's water environment...
