Study On The Fulfillment Of Social Responsibility Of A Dministration Of Tobacco Monopoly

As a large taxpayer in the country,the tobacco industry supports the development of the national economy,provides a large number of employment opportunities and maintains social stability.However,due to the harmful effects of tobacco products on the environment and health,public opinion has shown strong negative effects in the process of evaluating the tobacco industry.Therefore,the tobacco industry should actively assume its corresponding social responsibilities,establish a positive image,promote the coordinated development of economic and social benefits,repay the society,make contributions to the interests of the country and the people,and promote the better,faster and stable development of China's economy and society.Based on the gradual implementation of the green development strategy,the performance of enterprises in fulfilling their social responsibilities will also be concerned by the society.As a special industry based on the monopoly system,it is imperative to strengthen the function of fulfilling social responsibilities.The research object of this paper,Nanping Tobacco Monopoly Bureau,provides a sample for domestic tobacco local enterprises,analyzes Nanping Tobacco and understands its performance in social responsibility fulfillment,which can clarify the current situation and problems of domestic tobacco local enterprises undertaking social responsibility and has important practical significance for improving the ability of local enterprises to fulfill corporate social responsibility.This paper clarifies the development of corporate social responsibility by combing the research data on corporate social responsibility.By analyzing the performance of tobacco companies at home and abroad in fulfilling social responsibility,it makes clear the connotation and denotation of corporate social responsibility in order to define the social responsibility that tobacco companies need to fulfill.Through the questionnaire survey,we know the shortcomings of Nanping Tobacco in fulfilling its social responsibility and the direction of its next efforts.Combined with the actual performance of Nanping Tobacco,we have identified the existing problems from the perspective of enterprises and the government,and investigated the reasons.Finally,draw lessons from the beneficial experience of domestic and foreign tobacco enterprises and provide relevant suggestions for Nanping Tobacco to fulfill its social responsibility.This article hopes to help Nanping Tobacco improve its ability to fulfill its social responsibility through research,and improve its social responsibility fulfillment methods,so as to ensure Nanping Tobacco can achieve healthy development and set an example for other enterprises in the industry in fulfilling its social responsibility.At the same time,based on this study,it provides a reference for government departments to supervise the tobacco industry,and urges the tobacco industry to better fulfill its corporate social responsibility and help create a civilized and harmonious social environment.
