The Research On Social Responsibility Of Tobacco Companies In Kunming

Tobacco companies are an important component of state-owned enterprises and an important component of the national economy.The healthy development of tobacco companies has increased national tax revenue and farmers' income,and has developed the regional economy.From the perspective of the CSR report,the article explains the basic theories such as corporate citizenship,stakeholders,and the iron law of responsibility,and takes Kunming tobacco companies as an example.From the four dimensions of corporate political responsibility,social responsibility,environmental responsibility,and economic responsibility Analyze the status quo and existing problems of social responsibility construction of tobacco companies in Kunming.After benchmarking the social responsibility practices of outstanding domestic and foreign companies,and combining the actual situation of domestic tobacco development,put forward opinions on the construction of social responsibility of tobacco companies from the government,business and social levels.And suggestions.This thesis is elaborated in six parts.The first part introduces the research background and significance of the paper,the current status of social responsibility research at home and abroad,the research methods and research ideas of the paper,and points out the difficulties and innovations of the paper.The second part reviews the theoretical basis of tobacco corporate social responsibility,relevant standards and concepts of corporate social responsibility;the third part introduced the current situation and problems of tobacco corporate social responsibility construction in Kunming;the fourth part analyzed the reasons of making problems;the five part analyzed the advanced corporate social responsibility practices at home and abroad experience;the six part puts forward opinions and suggestions on tobacco companies' performance of social responsibilities from the three levels of government,corporate and society.
