Research On Coordinated Development Between Industrial Structure And Ecological Environment In Hebei Province

Along with the progress of the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei and the establishment of Hebei Xiong an new area,Hebei’s economic development is facing new opportunities.At the same time,it must be seen that Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region is one of the most prominent areas of the national resource environment and development contradiction,especially in recent years,the deterioration of the ecological environment in Hebei province restricts the effective implementation of the national strategy.As an important part of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,Hebei is faced with the problem of irrational industrial structure.Therefore,how to realize the transformation and upgrading of Hebei’s industrial structure and improve the ecological environment are very important for promoting the coordinated development process of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.In the context of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,this paper selects the coordination of industrial structure and ecological environment as the research object,first expounds the theory of sustainable development,industrial ecology,cooperative development,and then on the basis of collecting and sorting the relevant data,to analyze and expound the relationship between Hebei’s industrial structure and ecological environment from the qualitative and quantitative point of view.Through the analysis of the status of industrial structure and ecological environment in Hebei Province,from the aspect of industrial structure,the industrial structure of Hebei province is still dominated by the second industry,the ratio of the high pollution industry within the industry is declining but still high,at the same time the development of new environmental protection industry is lack of impetus and the ratio is very small.It indicates that the industry in Hebei needs transformation and reasonable optimization.In terms of ecological environment,the per capita emissions of industrial sulfur dioxide and the per capita emissions of industrial solid waste have improved,but higher than that of the whole country,Beijing and Tianjin,and the per capita urban garden afforestation area and the per capita water resources are far below the national level,except the per capita wastewater discharge is lower than the national,Beijing and Tianjin.By using the principal component analysis method to determine the index weight,the coupling coordination degree of the industrial structure and the ecological environment is calculated,the following conclusions are obtained from the quantitative point of view: the industrial structure and the ecological environment of Hebei province experienced have experienced extremely incoordination,serious incoordination,mild incoordination,moderate incoordination,mild incoordination,weak coordination,good coordination and extremely good coordination during the 2005-2016 years.It shows that the coordination of Hebei’s industrial structure and ecological environment has been improved,but we still need pay attention to the the coordinated development between the different industrial industries and the ecological environment.Finally,on the premise of summarizing the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in two aspects,that is,we should create the favorable conditions to promote the development of eco-friendly industry and uphold the ecological priority concept,to rationally optimize the industrial structure to achieve the coordinated development between the industrial structure and the ecological environment of Hebei province.
