With the continuous progress of society,the rapid development of enterprises and the wide application of computer information technology,government departments,enterprises and organizations are all managed by computer.ITIL in the 80 s of last century turned out to be,it is due to the continuous development of IT technology and the evolution of the responsibility of the IT department and the.Computer information management itself is from abroad into China,ITIL is also so.The world set off a wave of the use of the concept of ITIL to manage enterprise information services management boom,many multinational companies are active advocates of this wave.ITIL is the inevitable outcome of the continuous improvement of IT information service management(ITSM);it is the standard framework for IT information service management;it is the practical standard of IT information service management.This paper analyzes the XY Company as a traditional manufacturing enterprise,IT information management situation,found that there are various enterprise operation and maintenance problems,difficulties and information management shackles.Thinking about the necessity and feasibility of implementing ITIL in XY Company.On this basis,XY company IT information service management mode from the traditional passive mode,to open and active way to change.Through the in-depth study and analysis of the IT information service management framework ITIL,combined with the modern management technology of ITIL validation,to show the views of small and medium enterprises to implement ITIL.Finally,with the help of enterprises to implement the ITIL project,through the process as the bridge,the staff as the core,to serve as the fundamental,so that the company's IT XY information service management level and ability to get a full range of promotion.Thanks to this,XY's IT Department has evolved from a traditional,technical support role to a key sector that can save labor costs and improve productivity.The view of this paper is not only through the IT technology to elaborate,but with the thinking of enterprise management to explore.
