Automobile Tail Gas Pollution Control In Changsha City Based On The Perspective Of Sharing Economy

Motor vehicle exhaust pollution is becoming increasingly serious with the rapid growth of the total amount of cars.The treatment of exhaust pollution has become one of the important work of the city government.The main source of increasingly seriousautomobile exhaust pollution is the rising car amount and the congestion of the city.The major cities of the government have issued a series of policies in the face of automobile exhaust pollution.But the effect is not significant with the rapid growth of the total car.The first chapter of this article is the introduction.In the second chapter,from the perspective of the theory of sharing economy,the relationship between the application of the sharing economy and the automobile exhaust pollution control is found.The third chapter summarizes the current situation of the pollution control of the tail gas pollution in Changsha City: To investigate and deal with excessive emissions of exhaust gas to be fine,eliminate yellow car,develop public transport,construction of urban expressway and so on.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and causes of tail gas pollution control in Changsha City: People's increasing travel demand is difficult to be suppressed,the traditional government has been spending a lot of manpower and resources to vigorously promote,but still behind the congestion,pollution problemscaused byrapid increase of car amount;it is difficult to be driven by governmentcompletely and the degree of green travel marketization is not high;the government did not let the sharing economy play its proper role in the governance of pollution due to the concept is not advanced enough.The fifth chapter studies the modes and cases of the sharing economy in the field of travel,as well as the reference experience to Changsha city.The sixth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to control the pollution of automobile exhaust in Changsha city from the perspective of sharing economy.With the arrival of the sharing economy era,the government should use the vigorous development of the sharing economy to improve vehicle utilization,reduce energy consumption and congestion which can not only meet the travel needs of residents but also reduce exhaust emissions.The purpose of this paper is to share the car with the development of Internet perspective and explore the increase of society idle vehicles which can slow the growth rate of city automobile.The government increases the proportion of new energy vehicles and controls the exhaust pollution by the development of science and technology power which can reduce the city congestion and pollution in rush hour.Finally,we can achieve the ideal state of gradually reduction of exhaust pollution.
