With the high speed development of economy, the motor vehicles of Shijiazhuang increased approximately 20% each. There had been 2 million of motor vehicles in Shijiazhuang until the end of the year 2015.And,motor vehicles pollutant emissions become the primary source of air pollution. There had been a rapid increase in the amount of vehicles in Shijiazhuang. Therefore,we need to take some measures to control atmospheric environment pollution.According to the exhaust gas discharged by motor vehicle characteristics, and CO,HC,NOx and PM10 is chosen as the main pollution factors.First, screening of area represented typical road in Shijiazhuang, and these data formed the foundation of detailed analysis of the emission inventory distribution of total vehicle emissions by fuel type and by vehicle type.Second, determining the main pollution factors by motor vehicle.Last,by using EDMS model the author calculates of vehicular exhaust on air pollution from emission inventory of vehicular pollutants. The conclusion were summarized as follows:1)In different periods the traffic, pollutant emissions by motor vehicle is large difference for different speed. On the unit road, the rate of 18,45 and 50 km/h and the total discharge amount of pollutant emissions respectively was 98.23,22.62 and 6.91 kg/h in the rush hour, flat peak and trough on the main road. And the rate of 14,36 and 40 km/h and the total discharge amount of pollutant emissions respectively was 76.74,15.66 and5.93 kg/h in the rush hour, flat peak and trough on the secondary road.2)The exhaust gas discharged by motor vehicle were obvious bimodal distribution on the working days and holidays, but the peak position is different. Both bimodal peak appears in the two periods, but appears the bimodal position is different because of the traffic time varies.3)Pollutant emissions by motor vehicle is different for different traffic on the main and the secondary road.On the unit road, the total discharge amount of pollutant emissions respectively was 203.18 and 157.35 t/a on weekdays;and the total discharge amount of pollutant emissions respectively was 104.08 and 77.93 t/a during the holidays.Therefor, that the pollutant emissions by motor vehicle are significantly higher on the main road than on the secondary road.4)Each pollutant contribution degree of difference in the surrounding environment. The sharing rate of CO,HC,NOx and PM10 respectively achieves 78.26%,9.08%,7.06%and 4.78%.The CO has the highest share rate in these.5)Based on the results of exhaust pollutant emissions by motor vehicle and the actual situation of Shijiazhuang. In order to control the effects of exhaust pollution by motor vehicles. We can take the measures as follows: reducing exhaust pollutant emissions by motor vehicle, controlling the amount of motor vehicles, traffic management and fathering, perfecting the motor vehicle laws and regulations, optimizing the consultant to city planning and strengthening the urban greening.
