Research On Local Governments In Haze Governance

In recent years,vast areas of China are troubled by fog and haze pollution.Haze has become one of the hot topics of public concern.Haze not only endangers the health of the public,but also hinders the sustainable development of the economy and society.The root cause of haze pollution in China lies in the unilateral pursuit of economic aggregate development and neglect of the protection of ecological environment.Haze governance requires the participation of multiple forces.It needs government decision-making,enterprise cooperation,public participation,and technology input to participate in various ways.The government,as a manager of public affairs,has strong resource advantages and mobilization capabilities.It has an inescapable responsibility for the management of haze pollution.The current haze governance mainly lies in the government's active implementation of its responsibilities,tackling difficulties and tackling difficulties,and adopting a number of measures to manage and regulate effectively protecting the ecological rights and interests of citizens.Based on the government's function theory,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and Analysis on how our government manages the haze problem and causes haze.On the basis of learning from the haze experience of the developed government,we should optimize the path of haze governance in our government,improve the understanding of haze management,adhere to the concept of green development,perfect the laws and regulations,strengthen the law enforcement,carry out the ecological compensation mechanism,co-ordinate the regional coordinated governance,and construct the multi governance pattern.
