Government Behavior Research On Haze Governance Of Wuhan

As a kind of unexpected weather phenomenon, haze is well known in recent years. It becomes the focus of people attentions. Haze weather brings out serious consequences that make the inhabitants of many cities into a panic. People fear the power of haze and worry about attacks of the toxic air. Haze has visited many cities in China. Each occurrence lasts for some time that makes atmosphere environment become bad. Since 2012, many areas of China have suffered haze weather. As a result, the environment was seriously polluted.As with other cities in China, serious haze weather also appeared many times in Wuhan. The air environmental quality of Wuhan is bad too. Facing the war of haze, the government of Wuhan meets a tough challenge. Weather Wuhan can solve the problem of haze to bring people cyan mountains, green water, blue sky? It is key to Wuhan government face the reality, promote the ways of government behavior to coordinate the resource fully rational, provide system, technology and talents and launch the power of the whole society to participate in haze governance. The article tries to understand the present situation about government behavior on haze governance of Wuhan from three aspects that include the activities of government governance in recent years, the change of the air quality and public satisfaction for the effects of governance haze, hunt for the problems of government behavior, analysis the reason, discuss how to shift and straighten out the functions of the government further, find the path to optimize government behavior, improve the effects of governance haze, reduce administrative cost and play a full role of government.The first part explains the research background, significance, the research status both at home and abroad, research ideas of the theme, methods and research features.The second part defines related concepts about haze governance and government behavior, summarizes the characteristics of haze governance and the connotation of government behavior. This article interprets the theoretical basis:the theory of new public service and the theory of network governance.The third part adopts the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey.
