At present,more and more enterprises are concerned about the upgrading of factory automation.It is learned through research that non-standard assembly automation will meet more product variety production and automated assembly requirements in the future,especially to meet individual assembly needs.“Precision joint” assembly process requires a higher manual transmission riveting pressure existence of low stability,low efficiency,a number of issues,this paper through the design and research non-standard automatic riveting equipment to replace the pure hand assembly.This article focuses on the direction of automated assembly,and analyzes the assembly process of “precision joint” in detail from three aspects.It realizes the overall design of fully-automatic assembly “precision joint”,completes the mechanical structure design and completes the design and debugging of control system.First,automatic riveting mechanism mechanical structure design.Research automatic power machine riveting machine,the use of gas-liquid pressure cylinder to form riveting pressure.Riveting die design mainly through the parameterization,material selection and riveting pressure clearance to determine the design of the riveting pressure part.Feeding part of the vibration plate with the index plate.Mechanical structure modeling and assembly using solidworks software.Second,automatic riveting machine electrical control design.For automatic riveting machine need to control the vibration plate feeding,sub-dial for station switching,gas-liquid pressurized cylinder stamping and return,riveting complete pieces of the unloading,man-machine panel control.Research using sensors and other precise control,the use of human-machine panel configuration programming to achieve simple control.Third,automation riveting equipment assembly and commissioning.The prototyping problems were analyzed and improved,and the effectiveness and efficiency of manual and mechanical riveting were compared through field production to verify the final effect of automatic riveting machine.The equipment under study ensures tightness requirements,ensures non-assembled dimensions,ensures consistent assembly,increases productivity and reduces production costs.
