| Electromagnetic self-flushing riveting connection process,as a new and effective manufacturing process for connecting different materials,has the characteristics of stable forming quality,good material adaptability,and has a lot of application space on the car body.Self-flush riveting riveting at the bottom of the plate material,direct contact with the riveting plate,and the thrust,the forming performance of the current riveting technology has not been in the design of a system design standard,lead to riveting classification confusion,product mismatch,this paper aims to systematically study the key parameters in the riveting design,and then provide a feasible electromagnetic flush riveting design method,provide reference for actual production application.First,through computer simulation established the electromagnetic self-flush riveting joint riveting model,the finite element simulation results and test results of joint profile morphology and key dimensions,the electromagnetic self-flush riveting process of the joint plastic forming process and equivalent plastic stress strain distribution,found that the bottom of the aluminum plate stress concentration,the end of the leg.After the self-flushing riveting mold is removed,the residual stress between the rivet and the plate makes the electromagnetic self-flushing riveting interlocking mechanism more firm.Secondly,the key factors affecting the shape design of riveting mold and the selection of riveting model are systematically studied,and the influence of the R size of mold nail volume on rivet expansion in the electromagnetic self-flushing riveting connection process is analyzed.Based on this,four factors and three level tables are designed and scientific orthogonal test design is conducted.Since the design of 3,6and 9 is the best test group for the electromagnetic self-flushing riveting mode matching design.In addition,through a large number of simulation,we obtained the evaluation indexes of self-flushing riveting joint under different thickness combinations,this is as the sample data for the neural network learning,and obtains the corresponding optimal riveting mode under different plate thickness,which provides a design reference for the process matching of self-flushing riveting mold.Finally,the combination of riveting modes and different rivets,and the forming properties of riveting parts are explored.The shear and fatigue performance of the joint was tested,the specimen failure form was summarized,and then the principle of fracture failure was observed. |
