With the rapid development of economy,injury has become an important public health problem that threatens people's health.According to statistics,there are around200 million all kinds of damage in China every year,death toll is more than 700thousand people,it is about 9%of the total number of death,and it is fifth place after the malignant tumors,cerebrovascular disease,respiratory system diseases and heart disease[1].Damage divided to accident harm,intentionally injury and violence and homicide by intention,the top five causes of death mainly displays for the motor vehicle traffic accidents,fall,drowning,suicide and accidental poisoning[2].Among them,the largest two kinds of accidental injury are accidental drop and motor vehicle accident.According to the WHO estimation,with the speeding up of urbanization and the increase of population,from 1990 to 2020,the death is caused by injury of the world will be increased by 65%,reach 8.4 million[3],this shows that it will be the rising trend of the traffic accident and the falling accident harm.Till now,functional research in the field of textile and clothing at home and abroad has become a hotspot.However,there is a lack of protective clothing research on accidental falls and unintended vehicle traffic accident or other injury.Aiming at this situation,based on the theory of human ergonomics,this paper studies the airbag anti-fall functional clothing combined the research route of functional clothing protection safety with physiological comfortable wearing,it aims at alleviating accidental threat to personal safety.The paper on the design of airbag anti-fall functional clothing mainly starts from the following aspects.Firstly,analyze the research status of airbag protective clothing at home and abroad,definite and classify the air bag anti-fall functional clothing.Also analyze the influence factors of the air bag anti-fall functional clothing and put forward its design research idea.Secondly,from 1794 cases of collecting medical records data,according to the external reasons of accidental injuries and the injured area,analyze the accident injured area frequency and degree,so as to design structure of airbag drop and vest.Thirdly,analyze the five big movement in joint movement's characteristics of fulcrum of elbow,shoulder,waist,hip and knee joints based on the human body in motion state,conclude the scale changing rules of human body skin.Combined with the morphological characteristics of human muscle to obtain the 20 structural dividing lines of the body surface in the motion state,so as to provide the basis for the structure segmentation and relaxation design of the airbag type anti-diving jacket and pants.Fourthly,according to the daily protection class airbag drop function,from users'the physiological and psychological needs,based on the 20 structures divider lines,to design the airbag drop jacket and pants styles and achieve its structure of protection and comfort.The main heat dissipation area of human body in daily life is obtained through heat and humidity experiment.Among them,the head and neck sweat are mainly distributed in front of the forehead and neck,torso sweat on the spine as a vertical center,axillary,front and back side of the waist,leg is focused on the inside,and thus for the airbag drop jacket fabric design.Finally,from the function of color protection,warning function,dirt resistant function and visual Angle to do color design and other design scientifically,in order for further improvement of the functional design of airbag drop and jacket.In this paper,on the basis of predecessors'theory and practice experience,the design can be worn in daily life with the function of the airbag anti-fall,the results for airbag function clothing and other apparel design has high practical guiding significance.
