Research On Design Of Airbag-type Lifesaving Functional Garments

Among the apparel design categories,the design and development of functional apparel is a type of special significance.It has relatively clear conditions for wearing.According to different conditions of use and protection functions,people wear different functional clothing.With people's new demands for their life and work,the demand for protection functions for clothing has been increasing,ranging from daily exercise-protected mountain-climbing suits and fishing suits to highly specialized chemical experiments,anti-corrosive materials,and space suits.These functional suits all have protective functions on specific occasions to achieve physical protection and against the harm.Life-saving functional clothing is a functional clothing that protects people's lives in the water environment.Therefore,the life-saving function is the basis of the entire clothing design.The design and development of this article is aimed at the sudden drowning in the process of individual-based water activities.This study is based on the basic structure principles of clothing and clothing ergonomics theory,through the water environment and human limb state in which it is located.As well as physiological and psychological conditions,subjective analysis and guest observation evaluation are performed to understand the needs of users.The process and results of the analysis should be used in the aspects of the design of life-saving functional clothing,including aspects of the life-saving protection function and function that should be available,and the clothing variables required for human body movement in the water environment.Finally,the overall design appeal of life-saving functional apparel is achieved by means of apparel functional design,version design,and color design to meet the functional and comfort requirements of the wearer.The main function of life-saving functional clothing is hydrophobic protection.People activate the airbag device,determine the life-saving protection function and degree of action of the clothing through a reasonable airbag structure distribution,and reasonably protect the user's life safety.At the same time,according to the principle of apparel ergonomics,we focus on the overall functional requirements of the user's activity environment to determine the function of the method.We question and design the functions needed to develop finished products from the purpose of use and the use of objects,such as the perspiration-breathing function of clothes,and the structure that conforms to the human body to complete the design.Auxiliary design elements are an important part of design.We superimposed the wearable device on the design of each component of the garment to complete the auxiliary function design needed for the garment and achieve the design goal of the overall function of the garment.Finally,we use the basic clothing design ideas to beautify the appearance of airbag-type lifesaving functional clothing.On the one hand,the design allows the garment to have a good aesthetic,giving people a beautiful enjoyment in color and external form.On the other hand,by visually alerting the surrounding people and the environment to the vigilance of single person drowning,the drowning person can be helped in the shortest possible event.This topic analyzes methods and theories,and provides research and development ideas for life-saving functional clothing from the aspects of human body dynamics in the water environment.We use these methods to optimize and improve the functionality,practicality and comfort of life-saving functional clothing,as well as reduce drowning injuries and achieve timely rescue.The "human body","garment" and "protection function" are unified with each other.At the same time,this article also provides theoretical basis and construction practice framework for airbag-type lifesaving functional clothing,and has certain reference and utilization value for sudden water protection design.
