China is still in a period of rapid development of urban construction.A large number of new construction and demolition projects each year inevitably generate a large amount of construction waste.Due to economic,technological,and environmental awareness,construction waste is still disposed of in open storage or simply landfilled,which not only consumes large amounts of land resources,but also causes serious environmental pollution.In recent years,although the government has issued a series of laws,regulations,and policies on the management of construction waste,it encourages the recycling of construction waste.However,the development of the construction of waste is still slow,and it has not been able to form a certain scale of industry.This paper mainly focuses on the problems existing in the development of construction waste recycling industry in Chongqing,starting from the driving factors of the development of construction waste recycling industry,using questionnaire survey methods and structural equation models to conduct in-depth systematic research to identify the key driving factors for the development of Chongqing’s construction waste recycling industry.First of all,this paper defines the construction waste and construction waste recycling,and proposes the connotation of the construction waste recycling industry,and determines the objects studied in this paper.Based on the industrial chain theory,stakeholder theory and circular economy theory,this paper analyzes the relationship between these theories and construction waste recyclingSecondly,based on literature research and theoretical analysis,the main driving forces of the development of construction waste recycling industry are divided into the thrust of engineering construction enterprises,the thrust of resource-based enterprises,government thrust,social public thrust,and other main thrusts.For the 5 driving bodies,a total of 26 driving factors corresponding to each driving body were identified.In order to analyze the influence of each driving subject’s thrust on the behavior of construction waste recycling industry,according to the Field Dynamic Theory,a theoretical model of driving factors for the development of construction waste recycling industry was constructed.Then,the Structural Equation Model is used for empirically studying the driving factors of the development of construction waste recycling industry.A questionnaire was designed for driving factors to collect opinions on the driving factors of the development of construction waste recycling industry in Chongqing.A total of 189 valid questionnaires were collected.After the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed,the data was imported into Amos 24.0 for model checking,evaluation,and correction,and the final model output was obtained: engineering construction companies,resource-based companies,governments,the public,and other entities has a positive effect on the behavior of construction waste recycling industry,and the government’s driving role is greatest.Through the path coefficient,calculating the impact index of each driving factor on the behavior of construction waste recycling industry,and classifying the factors to determine the key driving factors.Finally,starting from the key driving factors that driving the main path influence factor and division,it is determined that the development path of the construction waste recycling industry should be formed by the government-guided,resource-based companies and engineering construction enterprises jointly promote in the current stage,and proposes specific suggestions for improvement. |
