The issue of urban construction waste is a major challenge in achieving the "dual carbon"goals and building a "waste free city",but it is also an opportunity to promote sustainable urban development.With the acceleration of urbanization,Nanjing,as the capital of Jiangsu Province and an important component of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle,traditional treatment methods such as landfill are not conducive to sustainable development.How to efficiently promote the resource utilization of construction waste is a challenge for urban development,This article draws on the mature experience of domestic and foreign scholars,combined with the actual situation of Nanjing,to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and propose corresponding suggestions,in order to improve the level of construction waste resource utilization,accelerate the process of construction waste resource utilization,and promote the sustainable development of the city.This article first uses literature research and expert discussion to determine the indicators that have a significant impact on the level of resource utilization.It constructs an evaluation index system for the resource utilization of construction waste and an AHP-cloud model comprehensive evaluation model.Experts are invited to score and determine the weight of the indicators,and the model is used to evaluate the level of urban construction waste resource utilization;Finally,empirical analysis was conducted to investigate and analyze the resource utilization of construction waste in Nanjing.The area estimation method was used to estimate the annual production of construction waste in Nanjing based on the output ratio of construction waste per unit area,and a comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the level of resource utilization of construction waste in Nanjing.From the evaluation results,the conclusion of the evaluation on the resource utilization of construction waste in Nanjing is"medium",with the highest economic benefits,relatively low technical level,environmental benefits,and social benefits.The risk factors are closest to the final evaluation level,indicating that the technical level and environmental benefits have lowered the final evaluation level of the resource utilization of construction waste in Nanjing.Based on the evaluation results,corresponding strategies are proposed for the resource utilization of construction waste in Nanjing,including increasing research efforts and encouraging innovation,improving resource financing models,improving relevant policies and regulations,increasing publicity and promotion efforts,and promoting information sharing.
