Research On Application Of BIM Technology In Firefighting Engineering Cost Management

Cost management is the core content of engineering project management,and firefighting engineering is an essential part of a building,where there is architecture,there is fire engineering.With the increasing of human's conditions such as building structure,modeling and comfort level,the amount of information attached to buildings is also increasing.From past construction to the refinement of the development in recent years,rapid development of the process has been inseparable from the cost management,cost management throughout the whole process of the project.In this paper,the application of BIM technology in fire-fighting engineering cost management is discussed and studied as the direction of research,through literature research,theoretical analysis,practical experience method and case analysis method to start the work,and the BIM technology is introduced into the field of firefighting engineering cost management for the first time.Main contents of this paper are:(1)Based on the analysis of the firefighting cost management present situation in our country,analyzing the shortage of the traditional firefighting cost management,analyzing the whole process of firefighting based on BIM technology cost management process,summarizing the advantages of firefighting cost management based on BIM technology and the meaning of cost management to firefighting.(2)Establishing firefighting professional components code library,to make the firefighting major standardization on BIM components,and establishing Pipe fittings family library necessary to Sample projects,removing the obstacles in the installation calculation of reivt,forming the specific method of the firefighting cost process based on BIM technology,stating that BIM model is used to efficiently control firefighting engineering cost,and reduce unnecessary damages and waste in the engineering construction.(3)Demonstrating the process of firefighting cost management based on BIM technology by actual project case,to introduce the project case's overview and overall implementation and overall progress.And analyzing the significance and value of BIM in firefighting control cost management in overall progress.In this paper,application status of BIM technology in fire control cost management,current project management mode of firefighting engineering,and the contents and methods to apply BIM technology in firefighting cost management are analyzed and resolving the current problems of fire control cost management.In the meantime,taking revit as the research platform,the firefighting professional BIM component is the research object,and preparing the code of the fire protection professional part list,and it is convenient for the list pricing to be put into the revit software.By reestablishing the method of pipe fitting,it solves the problem between BIM firefighting calculation and current BIM software,which has certain theoretical value and application value.
